On August 15th 2022, the 75th Independence Day - Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Sri Ramakrishna Math Vivekananda Centenary Girls Higher Secondary School, conducted a rally with 350 students covering many important streets of Mint area, Chennai. The function started with flag hoisting ceremony by Swami Dharmishthananda ji, Manager Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai with his inspirational talk. Following that, Arati was offered to the statue of  Swami Vivekananda on a  decorated chariot. The rally started with trumpets being blown by the school band. The rally comprised of several groups like bands, Selambattam, Flags, Tricolored Balloons, Slogan placards of freedom fighters and Swami Vivekananda.

Apart from sounds of drums and trumpets, the streets of Mint echoed with voice of students shouting several powerful quotes of Swami Vivekanandar, Subramaniya Bharathi and many other freedom fighters. The rally ended up by reaching Sri Ramakrishna Math National School. The Sri Ramakrishna Math National School warmly welcomed the rally people with buttermilk. Arati was offered to Swami Vivekananda’s statue. The function at Sri Ramakrishna Math National School also began with flag hoisting by Swami Dharmishthananda ji, Manager Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai. Followed by that he gave his inspiring talks for the students there. After that LIC Regional Managers gifted Shield and certificate for the outperforming students of the school. And then, a few events like parade, fancy dress on freedom fighters and patriotic dances were showcased by the students of Sri Ramakrishna Math National School. Program concluded with vote of thanks

     On 14th of April 2022, Tamil New Year's day, Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj, Vice President, Ramakrishna Math and Mission inaugurated 'Vivekananda Free Tuition and Computer Centre' at Ramakrishapuram, and dedicated it for the benefit of poor children studying in the tuition Centre. Sri Ganesh Kumar, General Manager, Petrofac unveiled the Plaque and addressed the gathering.     

     Sri N. Varadarajan, former Chairman, BPCL participated as a Special guest. Swami Dharmishthananda, Manager delivered the welcome address. Benediction was rendered by Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj. Swami Karuneshananda gave the vote of thanks.    


        

      தமிழ்ப் புத்தாண்டு தினமான ஏப்ரல் 14, 2022 அன்று, ராமகிருஷ்ணபுரத்தில், விவேகானந்த இலவச டியூஷன் மற்றும் கணினி பயிற்சி மையம், ஸ்ரீமத் சுவாமி கௌதமானந்தஜி மகராஜ், ராமகிருஷ்ண மடம் மற்றும் மிஷன் துணைத்தலைவர், மற்றும் Petrofac நிறுவனத்தின் பொது மேலாளர் ஸ்ரீ கணேஷ்குமார் ஆகியோரால் திறந்து வைக்கப் பட்டது. இதன் மூலமாக அங்கு படிக்கும் மாணவ மாணவியர் பயன் பெறுவர். 

      இவ்விழாவில் சுவாமி தர்மிஷ்டானந்தர், மேலாளர் வரவேற்பரை ஆற்றினார். ஸ்ரீ கணேஷ்குமார் சிறப்புரை  ஆற்றினார். பூஜ்ய ஸ்ரீமத் சுவாமி கௌதமானந்தாஜி மகராஜ் ஆசியுரை வழங்கினார். ஸ்ரீ வரதராஜன், முன்னாள் தலைவர், BPCL, சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டு விழாவை சிறப்பித்தார். சுவாமி கருணேஷானந்தர் நன்றி உரை கூறினார்.
