125th Foundation Day Celebration - Volunteers Meeting
On 10th April 2023, a Volunteers Meet was conducted by Sri Ramakrishna Math Chennai to acknowledge and appreciate the contribution of Volunteers and Staff members in celebrating the 125th Foundation Day of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.
In his benedictory address, Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj shared many incidents related to history of Chennai Math and Vivekanandar Illam. He especially highlighted the austerities underwent by Swami Ramakrishnananda in the earlier days to establish this Chennai Math. Also, he mentioned that like the squirrels who helped in building Ram Sethu in their fullest capacity, all the Volunteers and Staff members too have given their best in organizing and celebrating this historic day.
Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj blessed everyone and “Swami Vivekanandar Vazhkayum avar katiya Alumai valarchium” book was distributed to all.
