Swami Shashishikhananda ji Maharaj and Dr.Mathangi, professor of Sri Ramachandra institute of Higher Education and Research were two guest speakers.
Swami Shashishikhananda ji insisted the parents that on every day basis, the mother must sit with the child for 1 hour and the father must sit with the child for 1 hour, only then, there can be great improvement in the child’s overall development both in academics as well as on discipline of the child. With various practical examples quoting often, “as you sow, so will ripe”.
Dr.Mathangi spoke to the parent’s with a motherly touch. As parent where we need to be firm and where we can give them (children) their selection of choosing in each step in raising, was discussed along with other qualities like patience, appreciating, energetic etc.
