On April 3, 2024, 48 students from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College's NSS wing attended a Value Education Workshop at the Vivekananda Cultural Centre (A Unit of Sri Ramakrishna Math), which is housed within the famous landmark on Chennai's Marina Beach-Vivekananda House- to instill Human Values and love for our beloved country Bharat. Swami Raghunayakananda led an interactive and inspiring session.
All pupils were handed a Swami Vivekananda pamphlet and taken on a guided tour of the Vivekananda Museum, which highlights our historic cultural legacy through simple audio-visual displays and art paintings.
They also meditated for a few minutes in the famed room where Swami Vivekananda spent nine days in 1897.
