To inculcate Human Values and love for our beloved country Bharat, Value Education Workshop was conducted on 13th of March, for students from two sections of 9th Class — DSG Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matriculation School,
Mel Ayanambakkam, Chennai, at the Vivekananda Cultural Centre (A Unit of Sri Ramakrishna Math) housed inside the Vivekananda House Campus at Triplicane.
Swami Raghunayakananda, Smt. Varsha Sundararajan, conducted interactive and inspirational sessions.
All students were given Swami Vivekananda booklet and taken for a guided-tour of the Vivekananda Museum which depicts our ancient cultural heritage through easy-to-understand audio-visual shows and paintings.
They also visited the historic room where Swami Vivekananda stayed for 9 days in 1897.
