On 28th March 2024, 86 students from four sections of Class 11 at S.NDJA Vivekananda Vidyalaya Sr. Sec. School in Vyasarpadi, Chennai, attended a Value Education Workshop at the Vivekananda Cultural Centre (A Unit of Sri Ramakrishna Math) housed within the famous landmark on Chennai's Marina Beach-Vivekananda House- to instill Human Values and love for our beloved country Bharat.
Swami Raghunayakananda and Smt. Varsha Sundararajan led two different engaging and inspirational sessions.
All pupils were handed a Swami Vivekananda booklet and taken on a guided tour of the Vivekananda Museum, which highlights our historic cultural legacy through simple audio-visual displays and art paintings. They also took a few minutes to meditate in the famous room where Swami Vivekananda spent nine days in 1897.
