*Remarks:

The exhibition was a grand success. In remembrance of Swami Vivekananda’s speech 'Vedanta and Its Application to Indiian Life’ at Pachaiyappa’s Hall in NSC Bose Road on 13th Feb. 1897, few passages of the same were read at the inaugural function. Also, the presence of a Buddhist lady monk who took active part in the decorations and arrangements was very inspiring for all of us.

*Remarks by the Teachers/ Institution:

The Principal and the co-ordinator were very glad for this initiative by our Math. They felt that the students of Philosophy Department will benefit very much from this.

*Brief report: The Principal, Dr. baby Gulnaz, and the HoD of the Phil. Dept. Dr. Sreenivasan, were very supportive and were well versed with the ideas thoughts of Swami Vivekananda. Thiru. Subburaj and Thiru. Saravanan gave powerful and motivational talks to the students. There was a valedictory event on the next day in which a vote of thanks was read along with 2 book reviews and a panel discussion on Swami Vivekananda’s ideas. The exhibition ended with the singing of the National Anthem. The students went through the Ramakrishna-Vivekananda literature with great interest and purchased many books.
