There were lot of challenges during the event. The stall which we had set-up was removed without prior information. Hence, we decided to conduct the exhibition for 1 day only and wind up. There was very limited response.

The organizers of the event expressed their regret for not being able to support us with the arrangements. There was some miscommunication within.
*Brief report: Despite various challenges during the event, we conducted the exhibition for 1 day. There was very limited sales. The Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Mr. L. Murugan saw our exhibition and appreciated our efforts. We expressed the happenings of the exhibition to the Principal of the college and the organizers of the Youth Festival.
