Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai provides treatment for chronic ulcers and other medical conditions of Leprosy Cured but Deformed Persons (LCDPs) through regular camps conducted by experienced doctors. To address specific health needs of LCDPs, monthly homoeopathy camps were reinitiated on 28th September, 2024. Dr. N. R. Jayakumar of Madan Homoeo Clinic, President of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council (TNHMC), along with his team, visited the camp and provided treatment to LCDPs.
The camps are held during the last week of every month, benefiting around 50 LCDPs. Homoeopathic medicines are distributed free of cost to all beneficiaries, with Madan Homoeo Clinic arranging their supply through a mobile clinic.
