Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai organized a theme-based retreat programme on “Śreyas or Preyas” on Sunday, 7th September 2025. It was a half-day retreat that began at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:45 p.m.
The programme included inspiring talks on the theme in both Tamil and English, a guided meditation session, and an interactive Q/A session. Participants expressed their joy in attending and shared that the retreat was an eye-opening experience, helping them understand the importance of choosing wisely between Śreyas (the good) and Preyas (the pleasant).
A total of 238 devotees participated in the retreat. The programme concluded with the serving of sumptuous lunch prasadam to all.
