In connection with the celebration of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sister Nivedita, a yearlong programme namely ‘NAMADHU PAGUDHI; NAMADHU PORUPPU’ (OUR LOCALITY; OUR RESPONSIBILITY) to maintain the seashore area neat and tidy for which a group of people has been formed who will visit every house daily to collect the garbage. A battery operated vehicle has been arranged for this purpose.
