Yoga for Kids - July 8th, 2023

On July 8th, 2023 (Saturday), Yoga for Kids 4th batch commenced with 20 participants. Course Instructors, Kumari Ghangga and Kumari Valliammai, who are certified Instructors,  are conducting the sessions specially designed keeping in mind the supple and still-growing bodies of teenagers.
