As part of the ongoing Vivekananda Navaratri celebrations at Vivekananda Illam, Chennai, the fifth day featured a meaningful and inspiring morning seminar exclusively for registered participants, focusing on the theme “Let Us Create a New World.” The session was specially designed for parents and teachers, highlighting their vital role in shaping the character and values of the next generation.
The programme commenced with devotional bhajans, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere. This was followed by a series of inspiring talks delivered by distinguished speakers including Sri Krishna Jagannathan, Prof. V. Insuvai (Writer), and Dr. K. Dathathreyan (Teacher & Writer). The speakers emphasized value-based education, character formation, and the practical application of Swami Vivekananda’s ideals in modern parenting and teaching.
