The nine-day Vivekananda Navaratri 2026 concluded reverentially on Saturday, 14 February 2026, at Vivekananda Illam, Chennai, with a spiritually elevating and culturally rich Valedictory Function.

On the fifth day of Vivekananda Navaratri, the Youth Convention for boys took center stage, with Sri CA K.M. Padmanabhan, Former Director of ONGC & RINL, as the esteemed Chief Guest. His words of encouragement and leadership inspired the youth present.

The fourth day of Vivekananda Navaratri 2025 was a vibrant celebration of Swami Vivekananda's legacy. The day began with soulful bhajans performed by students from Vivekananda College, setting a serene and spiritual tone for the events to follow.

The highlight of the day was a mesmerizing stage play presented by Sri Annai Creations, titled ‘Sangeeta Pitamaha Sri Purandaradasa’. The play beautifully depicted the life and contributions of Purandaradasa, the legendary composer and saint who is revered as the father of Carnatic music.

Vivekananda Cultural Centre and Dessin Academy, Chennai, have jointly organized a Drawing-Painting Competition for students, with the theme "Swami Vivekananda's Life Journey."
