The School Principal and the authorities were very co-operative with us and helped with the arrangements and provided us with rooms for the exhibition.Students eagerly went through all the books and Vivekananda literature.

The school gave good support for the exhibition by providing all necessary items and refreshments for the volunteers. It was conducted in an open auditorium for 2 days.

The exhibition was done over a period of 2 days and many VYF members participated in this event. There were good sales of books on both days, especially in the evening. It was a good experience for the volunteer team who conducted the event.

The School Co-Ordinator, Ms. Prema, who is associated with the Ramakrishna Math in various service activities arranged for a short performance by students for Sister Nivedita Devi’s Birthday on the inauguration day. She made a great speech which was well received by the students.

The exhibition was conducted during Parents-Teacher Meeting. The event was conducted for about 3 - 4 hrs in the primary block of the school. The teachers were busy with the arrangements and gave outside support for the exhibition.

The VYF members had good co-ordination with the school. Even students had examinations coming up, the school helped us to conduct the programme. The Book exhibition and the Picture exhibition were set on the school ground.

The exhibition was aligned with the School’s Annual Day to ensure that the message reaches to a large audience. The principal liked the exhibition and also expressed his intent to collaborate with VYF for such programmes in the future.

The school allotted four student volunteers to help the VYF team with the exhibition. The school volunteers did their part well and enjoyed the event.

With great support from school and students, the exhibition went very well with good number of students participating in it. On the day of inauguration, there was a cultural program in which students participated and demonstrated their skills.
