The highlight of the day was a mesmerizing stage play presented by Sri Annai Creations, titled ‘Sangeeta Pitamaha Sri Purandaradasa’. The play beautifully depicted the life and contributions of Purandaradasa, the legendary composer and saint who is revered as the father of Carnatic music.

Kalpataru Day was celebrated with Special Puja, Bhajan and Special Arati at the Math on Wednesday, 01st Jan 2025. In the morning there was a special lecture on Kalpataru Day by Swami Satyajnanananda Maharaj in Tamil & Swami Raghunayakananda in English.

The workshop was conducted by Smt. Pavithra Mohan ji, a long-standing devotee of Sri Ramakrishna Math-Chennai. Workshop was conducted 9:30 am to 5 pm.
